早起怎麼這麼難 - 時間管理

每次睡前都調好鬧鐘 再三叮嚀自己隔天六點半一定要早起
由於我晚上在補習班教書
下了課回到家 準備就寢的時間幾乎都已經是十二點了
想早起唸書準備研究所 但因前一晚上班很累 早上鬧鐘響雖然我有醒過來
但還是全身懶懶的 於是開始賴床...= =
真正清醒都已經是九點多的事了
很討厭這樣...我也試過前一晚睡前把隔天要做的事全寫下來貼在鬧鐘上面
但還是累到不想起床
真糟糕!!!
大家幫幫小女子我吧
到底該怎麼真正的早起呢
