熬夜後的暴力調整法? - 時間管理

如果真的因為某些突發因素無法不熬夜到很晚
但是又不想變成日夜顛倒(如下圖)
(熬夜→ 中午後才起床→ 晚上精神持續旺盛→ 又睡不著了)

有什麼辦法可以迅速調整回早起的生理狀態呢
我有時會用暴力調整法:
就是乾脆到天亮,然後也不補眠(因為一躺下去,醒來又是下午了)
就這樣硬撐一整天,
這樣到晚上很早就會迫不及待想睡,也許七八點就上床,
然後鬧鐘調早上五六點,就又「早睡早起了」
只是真的很痛苦就是了
有沒有人較好的生理調整法呢?
