為什麼每天早上起來總是感覺沒有睡飽
不管前一天幾點睡(除非八九點去睡,但我不是老人無法這麼早睡)
早上就是無法六點起床,要準備考試了
每天睡這麼多會讓自己感覺沒有戰鬥力
我有試過很多早起會有精神的方法,但最終還是想睡覺
方法1:起床後去洗澡(只適合在夏天洗冷水澡,冬天喜溫水會越洗越想睡)
方法2;起來就喝一杯純黑咖啡(最後咖啡因喝太多手都在抖,不敢再喝)
方法3;起做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐(雖然剛做完很有精神,但是到十點多就累了)
方法4:吃B群(一點感覺都沒有)
方法5:起來後馬上刷牙洗臉(這個方法是最不會再去睡覺,但吃飽坐下來讀書還是照打瞌睡)
方法6:意志力(我意志力很堅強,但是瞌睡蟲比我還頑強)
最後我無法了,還是睡到九點十點才起床(無奈)
還是我的身體已經壞掉了呢??
