小弟淺見
照理說
B群睡前吃是浪費,因維生素B群是水溶性的,除了維生素B12外,
其他各種維生素B群中的種類,均無法儲存於體內,而沒用到的會
隨著尿液排出.
也就是說如果是睡前吃,早上起床小便後,
已經把B群排光光了.....
所以.....正常來說應該都是早上起床後吃B群才是.
一直以來,我從醫師或老師那裡得知的訊息都是早上吃.
有些人可能吃完反而會累,那是因為B群會促進新陳代謝,廢物累積造成,
所以才會有累的感覺,多喝水就可以了~~
