關於早晨運動 - 時間管理

想請教版上的各位
爬文中有許多人推薦早起運動的
但一般來說何時開始最好呢?
因為這有關係到早餐的部份
早起不要空腹,但吃完早餐再運動肚子有點受不了
不知有沒有人實行過吃兩次早餐的?
例如先吃一片吐司,運動完再吃三明治之類的
可是聽說運動完吃容易胖,但隔一段時間吃又會影響到午餐的部份
有點煩腦...
不知同樣是早上運動的人如何安排呢?
