自從放暑假之後
就一直處於墮落的狀態
每天 11:00 起床吃午餐
吃完後休息一下就午睡
睡完 5:00 起床吃晚餐
晚餐後看個電視 10:00 又累了去睡
就這樣一整天幾乎都一直沒做什麼事
不知道該如何能強迫自己調整好作息呢
