早起後又想睡覺 - 時間管理

大概上床睡覺的時間都會在12:30之前
起床的時間約7點左右
一開始精神會很好,但是過了約30分鐘後
很明顯的感覺到疲憊,有時候又會躺回床上><
請問有沒有人可以教教我怎麼克服這個問題?
是不是應該要出去運動一下再回家呢?
目前正在努力的維持好習慣
盡量不熬夜,能在同一時間睡覺和起床
另外想請問一下,一天到到底睡多久才足夠?
如果睡滿八個小時,能運用的時間很少
可是又想要身體維持好的狀態,就是至少不要多睡或少睡
請問睡六個小時ok嗎?還是七個小時剛剛好呢?
