很簡單
以前讀書的時候也常遇到這個問題
每天都睡到中午起來吃中餐
每天都搞到兩三點才睡
精神超差
後來我發現
有一個方法最簡單也最有效
就是
當你睡到中午起床後
你今天就不要睡了
撐到隔天的晚上在睡
隔天早上定7~8點的鬧鐘起床
一定要起來喔
晚上在10~12點入睡
就調回來了
