夜貓族如何調成正常作息呢? - 時間管理

請教各位大大:
已經變成夜貓族兩個月了
現在真的很困擾
上個月曾試著要調回正常作息
刻意白天不睡等晚上睡覺
撐到晚上八點不小心睡著了
結果凌晨三點起床
由於補習班的課程都安排在晚上六點以後開始
現在幾乎都睡到下午一點鐘
有時候會睡到三點
起來準備一下今天的課程
夜晚就來臨了
這樣真ㄉ很沮喪
感覺少活很多
現在都到凌晨四點才睡著
怎麼辦~
我是不是時差錯亂呢?
有沒有甚麼辦法可以幫我變回正常作息呢?
希望可以在上午進修跟運動的願望達成
請大家幫幫我想個調整作息的好辦法
