嚐鮮蚵---創意台式料理

中午得知永和有一家擅長蚵仔料理的餐廳,
聽說還可以吃得到"生的蚵仔",
小弟二話不說,下午空檔馬上衝去。
找到店面,停好了車,進了店內,
裡頭乾淨明亮,給人相當不錯的印象。
看了菜單,不禁令人咋舌,真的毫不誇張,
一堆蚵仔的相關料理琳瑯滿目,幾乎每一樣都想點點看。
最後礙在本日有限的食量下,點了一份招牌生蚵,要價NT.120
蚵仔煎,一份要價NT.50
香菇滷肉飯,小碗要價NT.20
炸蚵捲,一條要價NT.35
燙青菜,一份要價NT.30
沒多久後招牌生蚵便上桌了。
首先要說一下,小弟這一輩子還沒吃過生的蚵仔。
雖然盤子上的新鮮蚵仔顏色透白,
看起來如此令人垂涎三尺,
但在吃進第一口前,心裡還真有點怕怕的:
"這種東西生的真的會好吃嗎?"不禁嘀咕了起來。
入口腔後不禁讚嘆了一下,果然好滋味,
海洋的美味一下子溜進食道裡,
有點類似生蠔的口感。
每一顆渾圓碩大,吹彈可破的外皮內鮮美的蚵汁四溢,
配合著店家特製的沾醬,原來生蚵竟然可以如此美味呀。
老闆娘說這是每天從雲林附近的外傘頂洲直送而來的,
新鮮度絕對沒話說。
接下來上桌的是常見的蚵仔煎,
蛋皮部分口感很嫩,火候控制得宜,
不過裡頭的蚵仔放得非常少,
外皮相較之下比例過多,頗令人失望,
所以是唯一沒吃完的料理。
香菇滷肉飯一小碗才二十,
但份量卻相當大,肉燥部分香菇香味濃郁,
飯煮得恰到好處。
燙青菜也令人相當滿意,
上頭撒的油蔥很香,表現中上。
炸蚵捲令人驚異,上桌前店家已先切對半擺盤,
外皮炸得金黃,口感酥脆,
咬下去配合著軟嫩的內餡與熱騰騰的蚵仔香,
實在是非常好吃。
