我要減肥之前是吃便利商店的東西計算熱量減肥但是覺得沒什麼營養又容易膩現在想利用喝湯減肥減肥方法↓禮拜一到五平日 早:自己煮的蔬菜湯(材料:蕃茄。洋蔥。香菇類)一碗只加鹽跟半塊雞湯塊(20卡)午餐:也是蔬菜湯 煮法一樣晚餐:要上課不能自己煮 買外面賣的湯(貢丸湯。紫菜湯。蛋花湯。青菜豆腐湯 每天不一定)假日的話~早餐:蔬菜湯午餐:正常吃稍微解放依下補充營養(大概都是依個便當不吃油炸 或是麵食)晚上:蔬菜湯搭配每天跳繩200下~這樣熱量會高嘛?@@會瘦嗎?...Showmore
