該如何抑制睡意 - 時間管理

目前在準備考試
時間很重要
早上我還爬得起來(約七八點)
但是一定會打瞌睡
吃完飯後也是昏昏欲睡
當我清醒後 往往已浪費大量時間
但是又無法控制
請問如果不靠咖啡.綠茶等等來提神
還有什麼方法呢?
P.S我有吃早餐~
