如何面對環境的聲音? - 時間管理

如題,因為室友經常在使用MSN,而她打字飛快,同時也意味著聲音會很大
而她上線的時間大約從九、十點開始一直到十二點以後
為了早起,我都很努力的在十一點前爬上床去,但問題就出現了──
每在我要睡著的時刻,打字的聲音就像雷陣雨一樣響起,
稀哩嘩啦,一下子就消失,但我又睡不著了
就這樣每晚睡著前都在反覆的昏沉中度過
常常要等到室友十二點多關燈收電腦,我才終於睡著......
這狀況實在讓我很煩惱
而且也無法早起,還睡得更多= =
另外就是,這位室友也很愛邊念書邊自言自語許多英文單字,
雖然不是念出來,但我實在無法抵擋氣音的攻勢
常常一下子就無法專注,往往無法完成當日進度,
我原本是想以早起的方式解決這個問題(室友在睡覺就不會發聲啦XD)
但正如上一段所言,我沒辦法在可以讓我早起的時間睡著
因為我的室友會邊聊MSN邊讀書......
不知道有沒有人有遇過這樣周遭環境有雜音,而可以給我一些建議呢?
(但我無法對我室友開口,畢竟在宿舍請人不要用電腦
或是不要說話,都怪怪的....,)
請多多指教了~
