其實一直很希望可以早睡
也大概了解自己晚睡的狀況
睡前很難放鬆!
肩膀 跟 眉宇間都會緊繃
然後更糟的事
最愛睡前 及 躺上床後開始想事情
就睡不著了
>"< 不知道版上的大家有什麼好意見可以提供給小妹!!
目前很努力的在改善作息!!
已經不賴床了!!但 >"< 卻早睡不了!!
