晚餐不吃澱粉類已實施了1ㄍ多月~體重從56掉到52~但是最近不知怎麼的~體重又回升ㄌ~讓我好舉喪喔~我一早起就先喝500CCㄉ溫水~早餐就吃美而美的~早餐都吃比較晚所以中餐就幾乎沒在吃~晚餐我都盡量在8點前解決~晚餐吃ㄉ也都有過水~不吃澱粉類~都已豆類當主食~喝都喝每朝健康跟白開水有時會偷喝無糖��
