不知道哪根神經不對,今天覺得不吃炒飯一定會渾身不對勁,
但又覺得天氣不好不想跑到一心吃炒飯,
所以就近選了永和路上的五草車。
晚餐時間其實生意不錯,幾乎有九成滿,
雖然價格並不便宜可是生意還是很好,可見他應該有一定程度的美味。
礙於不想打擾他人用餐所以就沒有拍攝店內擺設了,
不過店內非常乾淨,注重環境的人不會感到不適~
其實店內服務也不錯,有一對父母帶著嬰兒來也是主動協助協調嬰兒座椅的座位,
又會主動幫我添麥茶,其實這個價位的餐廳似乎是應該的。
以下是價目表,與我去年來是時多了約五到十元不等,
如果真要比,應該是永和境內之最高價麵店了,
(不記得南川的價格,但好像也很高,如有誤請告訴我謝謝)
所以要踏進來請記得想一想哈哈!

今天點了排骨蛋炒飯加大,日式炸雞塊跟牛肉湯,
首先是排骨蛋炒飯,

但怎麼做出這樣的香氣,以及粒粒分明卻又不過油就相當考驗技術了。

而且鹽也不多,如果是醬油炒飯派可能不喜歡這種原味嗎XD
至於他的排骨,是那種便當店看得見的,但大小跟軟嫩度很難在便當店看到。

再來是牛肉湯,

沒想到份量感覺是兩個人才喝的完的大小,因為這碗湯我徹底被撐飽…
雖然湯頭還算水準,但可能配麵才是絕配,否則單喝以我來說恐怕無法招架。
重點來了,他的牛肉應該是永和地區最強!!!!湯內有三肉一筋,牛腱心滷的挺透,而且
牛筋的部分也Q,如果下次有來,一定會點牛肉麵。
(其實也想吃炸醬麵看看,看起來非常吸引人,說不定下次來會忘記?)

內部非常軟嫩,沒有太多的炸粉,應該是用腿肉炸成的,算是很有價值的小菜~
這餐吃下來其實不便宜,但是還是給我很好的印象,吃起來心滿意足,
尤其是好吃的炒飯,永和境內好吃的炒飯多半是醬油口味,但我更愛這款,
相同的種類應該只有海爺的蛋炒飯類似吧,五草車則更是高竿。
清淡,原味,蛋香,如此足矣。
