來到新竹後發現這邊有一種專門賣雞湯的店
店裡面一定也會一起賣滷肉飯 還可以再加點油豆腐跟滷蛋
我在台北、台南、台中、南投、高雄
好像都沒有看過像這樣的店 覺得很有意思
剛來新竹時聽說城隍廟翁記滷肉飯的雞湯很好吃
於是特別早起跑去吃 雞湯確實是好吃
不過滷肉飯我比較喜歡台南那種偏肥的肉質跟偏甜的調味
吃完抿一抿嘴唇 還會有黏滋滋的觸感
偶爾吃一次 那真是過癮
而城隍廟的滷肉飯上面有灑胡椒
雖也是另一番風味,但我比較不習慣
大概在去年底
我回家的路上開了這一家原味燉品屋
最近和交大的朋友去吃才知道
他原本開在交大附近,最近才搬過來
(上網一查才知道再更早之前是開在清大對面的樣子)
這家店的開幕對我來說是一則一喜一則以憂
喜的是回家的路上都會經過它
順手買碗滷肉飯跟雞湯回家
酒足飯飽後總是睡得特別香甜
憂的是像這樣每天吃消夜
身材也快撐不住了

他如各位所見,他們的雞湯口味眾多
除了四物以外我都滿常買,口味也都不錯
雞肉燉的軟嫩,用筷子這麼一撥就殘忍地(?)骨肉分離了
配料也都給得不少,一碗70元
我只喝過一次排骨,不是因為不好吃
純粹是因為我覺得要對付那些細碎的骨頭很麻煩
他們的滷肉飯沒有台南的那麼甜跟肥
但我還是很喜歡(雖然現在考量到熱量,都改點白飯)
也可以再配上滷蛋、油豆腐和燙青菜
另外他們的白菜滷也做得不錯,可以一試

最後想提醒大家
他們結束營業的時間從原本的凌晨三點提早到一點
別一點之後過去,保證只能跟鐵捲門對望
我有問他們為什麼,他們是說一點後的時段來買的人太少
總之,和城隍廟的翁記比起來
他們的滷肉飯比較合我味口
而雞湯也不會輸太多
但是考量到距離及營業時間上的方便性
我還是會選擇原味燉品屋
另外聽說他們店裡會比較希望客人買雞湯而不是排骨湯
但因為我本來就只買他們的雞湯
所以也沒碰過這樣的情況就是了
