最想戒掉 - 時間管理

目前最想戒掉的壞習慣是
1.無止境的上FB,總是想要開著,當然延伸出去的就是一直開著電腦
2.睡覺時間想要慢慢調整成11點多就睡覺早上7~8點自然醒
但是...好難做到,每次心裡都在罵自己為什麼做不到
