早起是該慢慢調適還是一氣呵成呢? - 時間管理

曾經聽說應該要慢慢調整,假設平常起床時間是9點,那就每天提早半個小時,
逐步調整至自已想早起的時間。
也有人說,應該要一氣呵成,一次將時間訂在想起床的時間。
不曉得大家都是採用哪個方法來達到早起的目標,
我個人是很希望可以一氣呵成,因為已經浪費很多時間,再慢慢調可能要調很久,
但不知身體已經習慣晚起,還是別的原因,設6點或7點的鬧鐘都完全聽不到,
現在想透過運動增加體力,已經連續兩個禮拜晚上會騎40min的x-bike,
早上還是聽不到鬧鐘、起不來,有一點點灰心QQ
想請問大家,還是我應該慢慢調整比較好呢?
另外想再詢問,有運動的大家,大約在多少之後會明顯感受到體力的增加呢?
