早睡好處 - 時間管理

前陣子發現,我如果超過十二點睡,就算睡到七點多,隔天工作還是很累、很想睡
晚上十點多、十一點睡,三、四點起床(至少睡四小時)
多做些事,反而沒那麼累
感覺十一點以前睡四小時可以抵過十二點、十二點半睡六小時
大概就是所謂睡對的時間吧?
晚上十一點到一點是肝休息的時間、跟造血功能有關
發現十點出頭、十點多睡效果更好...
十二點多睡,隔天真的蠻累的。
不知是否有人有類似經驗呢?
