早上會想睡 - 時間管理

我試著十一點睡 但都要到十二點出頭才睡得著
早上就八,九點起床
這時問題就來了
我早上起來讀書都會很想睡
就是有點昏沉沉
這時躺上床上睡著 睡個一個小時左右
起來頭會痛 因為睡太久了
我早上只要拿來讀書就會覺得想睡
有辦法改善嗎?
