在念書+玩來玩去,每天都到2點才會睡.睡到快12點.
我有一堂課是在星期三晚上7-10點,我11點才到家,然後我大概也是一樣2點睡.
星期四晚上早點想睡也睡不著,還會緊張明天要早起頻頻驚醒.吃退黑激素也一樣.
因為我有一堂會計課是星期五早上八點的課,所以我六點半就得起來...@@~
情況很糟,每堂會計課都有小考,我沒有遲到可是人完全不清醒,所以題目常常看錯.
有一次在捷運站遇到老師跟我打招呼,我根本沒睡醒,還問他:我認識你嗎?
我最擔心的情況是2星期後的大考,小考一次只有30分鐘,
撐一下也就過了.可是大考要考3小時,
我真的光想就害怕,我不希望被當掉.
誰能告訴我該怎麼辦?我真的很焦慮!
