如何熬夜 - 時間管理

因為博班的畢業年限在即,我必須要把握幾個deadline趕 paper
但我年紀已不如碩班時可以這麼拼了
我如果需要熬夜的那天通常會午睡一小時
晚上要開夜車時會喝一杯100CC的美式淡咖啡
但可能因為壓力太大了
所以我發現我竟然3/4點也都無法再入睡
我想,我是需要熬夜的安靜時間
不知道有什麼比較不傷身的方法(我都泡養生茶加敷面膜)
以及幫助我4.5點想睡可以睡呢?
