如何改善睡眠品質 - 時間管理

我是個有運動習慣的人,
每隔一天會去運動兩個小時,
我不管在圖書館或是家裡睡覺都是倒頭就睡著,
都有睡足八小時,就寢時間大約是00:30~1:30
但是醒來以後唸書常常都會頭很暈,
做題目連最基本的計算都會算錯,
感到十分擔心,覺得自己的唸書效率非常低落,
我也有試過之前板友提到過的1.5小時為單位的睡眠理論,
似乎效果不彰,不曉得各位板友有沒有方法可以提供給我以增進睡眠品質~?
