我本來是習慣晚睡的人,後來開始準備考試之後就開始早睡早起
最近我的問題是,我起來了...也來簽到了..但是我常常,又睡著了...
今天又睡著之後我開始認真的想,我該順應我的生理時鐘
還是繼續持續這個早起的習慣?
早起的效率或許很好,但是我清醒不過來也是枉然...
可以給我一個建議嗎?? 謝謝~~
