中秋節烤肉已經成為應景活動,營養師提醒民眾,烤肉時應慎選食材並注意適量飲食,最好是每人八分飽的份量,便能享受健康又快樂的中秋佳節。
月圓人團圓的中秋佳節,許多民眾都會安排烤肉活動,宜蘭縣羅東博愛醫院營養師萬巧羽指出,烤肉時通常肉類會先用醬油醃製,烤肉時又再加烤肉醬,不知不覺中會攝取過多的鹽分,因此建議以檸檬汁、胡椒、蒜頭、百香果汁提高風味,或者烤肉醬在使用前先加水稀釋來降低鹹度;另外可多選擇絲瓜、青椒、香菇、筊白筍、金針菇等蔬菜類的食物,增加纖維、以及飽足感,中秋烤肉在採買時應計算每人食用份量,最好是八分的飽足感,不要暴飲暴食。
營養師提醒民眾中秋烤肉,只要掌握「低糖、低鹽、低油、高纖」的飲食概念,只要多留意便能享受一個既健康又快樂的中秋夜。

So he suggests that one may dilute salt by water before roasting or substituting it for lemonade, pepper, garlic and baishango juice. He may add some dietary fiber by taking such vegetables as hechima, green pepper, mushroom, white bamboo shoot and gold-needle mushroom . It is better for one to eat to the 80% full. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the proper portion that each person eats before he purchases foods for roasting. Don’t eat too much anyway.
The nutritionist reminds people again that less sugar, less salt, less oil and much fiber is the best way of drinking and eating that will make them enjoy a healthy and happy night of the Mid-Autumn.
