ICRT怎麼聽呀? 都是音樂? - 自學

大家都說剛開始訓練聽力從ICRT開始比較好，但是因為時
段的問題還是其他原因，?什麼我聽ICRT永遠都是音樂，不是
英語廣播電台嗎?怎麼都一直放歌，沒有對話或說話。

是我聽的時段問題嗎? 還是其他原因? 麻煩解惑!!!!
