目前是全職考生
可能時間壓力太大導致晚上睡不好,翻來覆去都到凌晨3點、4點才睡
本來希望早睡早起讀書,一天設定要讀8小時的
因為睡眠時差改不過來無法早起,又一定都要至少睡7小時,晚睡導致晚起
有無人成功改掉睡眠時間的固定習慣?很快把睡眠時差調整回來的?方法是什麼呢?謝謝
