這是雪媽媽魚稞的做法,提供給大家參考
材料:魚、鹽、糖、五香粉(或肉桂粉)、胡椒、太白粉、蕃薯粉、蔥末、胡蘿蔔絲
做法:
1.將魚頭切掉,魚腹清乾淨,由魚肚下剖開,讓魚變成一大片(不是把魚切成兩半
喔~這樣說不知大家明不明白@@)
2.用刀子或其他器具,將魚身拍扁,挑出魚骨後將魚肉刮下。
3.將刮下的魚肉與鹽、糖、五香粉(或肉桂粉)、胡椒放在一起攪拌,拌到變Q了之
後,加入水、太白粉、蕃薯粉再繼續攪拌,最後再加入蔥末及胡蘿蔔絲拌勻。

4.準備油鍋,待油變熱後,開始將魚肉放進油鍋裡炸,魚稞我家是習慣做成長條狀
,所以會用刀子做定型輔助。

5.待顏色炸至金黃色即可盛盤。
