週末特地從中南部到這邊吃看看
想不到大失所望
2020/11/22在二樓包廂用餐
我們點了老饕牛肉跟和牛的套餐 加起來六千多
在牛肉之前的菜色還可以(海膽醬佐龍蝦很蝦)
其他就中規中矩
吃著吃著很期待主餐來了
不知道是不是年輕主廚的問題
竟然把老饕牛肉煎成幾乎全熟 很硬非常硬
接著朋友的和牛套餐立刻交代師傅5分熟就好
結果太生 3分熟
我相信老闆程主廚不會犯此嚴重過錯
但是 既然這位主廚是你下放可以代表你餐廳
就必須掌握品質 而不是讓顧客花大錢 卻得到這樣的品質
永遠記得漫畫將太的壽司裡的名言
學徒對師父說 我不過捲壞了一條海苔壽司 但我已經辛苦的捲了上百條壽司
但是師傅告誡徒弟 這是你唯一捲壞的一條壽司
但對吃到那條壽司的人而言 那條海苔卷便是一切
因為來之前看到很多評論說
除非狗屎運坐到阿勇師的台
否則水準差很多
當然我不是周杰倫
如果饗宴想要長久 品質一定要好好把持
師傅評比一定要做踏實 否則能騙的了一般人
卻騙不了老饕的嘴
遲早有一天被評為不好的店
