這一篇算是離別文吧。
天下無不散的筵席,過了這許多年,
非常要好的兄弟終究要離開台北回南部了。
這幾天偶爾陪他出去吃喝,辦點事情。
上高鐵前一小時,
我們特地選這最富回憶的地方吃最後晚餐。
由於阿瘦姨前陣子住院停業近兩禮拜,
大病初癒後,今晚臉色看起來恢復許多,
甚至比以往紅潤,讓人放心不少。
依舊老樣子,
燙青菜,乾意麵,油豆腐,豬耳朵與粉肝。
一下子上齊,看來今晚客人不多。
阿瘦味道絕不能與精緻化上等號,
但不知怎地,就吃得慣。
就像平常在外餐廳館子吃多了,
過年回家團圓時仍舊是想念老媽的手藝,
家常,溫馨,哪兒都比不上。
大概是去年吧,
與台灣某頂尖餐廳集團總經理半夜一同在這嗑宵夜,
幫他點一份我最愛的乾意麵。
沒想到一試成主顧。
他後來又帶某知名牛排館店經理來吃飯,
今年聚會時兩人不約而同都對我說,
這是他們吃過最棒的意麵了,我聽了不禁大笑。
我說:
"你們平常港澳三星當便飯吃的,
現在把這碗才20台幣的小吃捧成這樣,
太超過了吧,哈哈哈。"
他們當然猛搖頭,但反正我也不信,
不過區區一碗麵,燙好後撈起來瀝乾,
拌點豆芽與韭菜,然後淋上滷好的肉燥。
入口後比一般麵條有勁,
但除此外好像也無值得大書特書之處。
不過阿瘦姨的乾意麵真的好吃,
剛端上來,熱騰騰地還微冒蒸氣。
再簡單不過的調味,不需太多層次,
麵條夠Q彈就能讓我擁有單純的滿足。
在友情與啤酒助興下,今晚的豬耳朵似乎比以往肥嫩,
帶著滷豬腳的膠質,質地透軟入味,
與鄰近知名的阿榮風格類似的粉肝照樣又是切一大盤,
過癮。
幾杯黃湯下去後無話不談,
隨著空盤增多,離別時間終於來到。
朋友,
感謝你在我人生的旅途中一直扮演很重要的角色,
希望不久後我們能重新相聚,
一同回憶過往的年少輕狂。
