這兩個月陸續吃了幾家粽子,對我來說今年算是至今最積極吃粽子的一年,
大概是好奇心作祟,以往每到端午節前夕,
總是看到媒體報導一些知名的粽子店家,便決定展開行動力試試幾間。

延三夜市的阿欉大橋頭肉粽聽說擺攤超過半世紀,當年我住附近時經過多次,
卻有眼無珠從未吃過,所以這次算是彌補缺憾。
店內只賣肉粽(55元)和魚丸湯(25元),正常便是來上一套吧~!
阿欉大橋頭是很傳統的北部粽做法,拌炒過的糯米飯包入粽葉再去蒸,
或許有的北部粽會讓某些朋友覺得和油飯相似(?),
但大橋頭肉粽就具明顯差異性,深色的糯米有著醬香、紅蔥頭、粽葉等香氣,
單吃米飯便是濃厚的古早味,尤其滋味均勻不雜,油度也相對輕。
餡料有鹹蛋黃、帶肥豬肉、香菇、栗子..等,味道都不錯,
不過米粒間稍嫌鬆散易碎,和常見帶有Q黏的感覺不同,
自製醬汁總覺得偏鹹,粽子本身其實蠻夠味了,我大概偏好醬要少一點。
包餡魚丸挺有彈性,大骨肉湯意外的濃香,應是熬了很久的~
因為已好陣子沒來延三,吃完繼續逛逛,時間一晚,原先預計想吃的店都收了起來,
來到肉粽對面的台北橋頭刈包,以前很喜歡它的焢肉飯和魯肉飯,
當天生意不知為何爆好,有人外帶10多個刈包,老闆快忙不過來,罷了罷了,往後走吧!
鯊魚煙和灶頂排骨湯已經收了,阿美古早味還沒收攤,我一個人不便吃,
經過換了店面的排行榜鹽酥雞,來到老程麵店也已關門,最後乾脆吃沒吃過的新營人牛肉
點了一碗牛肉湯(120元)和一盤炒牛骨髓(150元)配白飯,
雖然心裡告訴自己本就不該拿來和台南的牛肉湯做比較,但上桌時還是有點失落,
加了薑蔥的湯頭個人覺得那是喝牛雜湯時的搭檔,
而且湯裡是成塊牛肉,口感味道都soso~
炒牛骨髓是好得多了,與番茄同炒帶油份,味道覺得還可再重些,
這間可能比較適合點上幾樣炒類,看看攤前的牛雜,或許也可吃點切盤?
