葡萄中的糖分經由酵母菌的發酵作用,會產生酒精和二氧化碳。
排除掉二氧化碳,就成為葡萄酒了。
發酵過程中,酒精濃度達到16%時,酵母菌會被殺死,
所以自然發酵的葡萄酒,酒精濃度是不會超過16%的。
