最近想再考考托福，挑戰更好學校，開始看美國新聞。想問USA today的新聞一句話:
Mitt Romney's campaign ramps back up Wednesday after canceling events and
dialling back rhetoric because of the superstorm.
想問黃色部分該如何翻譯呢?? 尤其第二部分的~~ (照字面翻譯感覺很怪)
