Student: How do you evaluate student performance?
Professor: Your interim scores will be computed from a series of tasks.
The final grade will be derived from the aggregate sum of all
valid assignments.
Student: I presume you will exclude attendance from the final grade.
Professor: There will be a 20% bias towards the input you have in class
discussions. Expressing opinions will be equated to attendance
and be interpreted as such.
Student: What are the prospects of earning an "A" in the course?
Professor: If you approach the course with basic intelligence and follow the
course's implicit principles, I can almost guarantee your getting
an "A."
