長期來說
可以每天跑步之類的做一點運動增加自己的體力
均衡自己的飲食和適當的攝取維他命...
培養唸書的時間和固定睡眠的時間...
短期來說...
其實我幾乎都是每天熬夜...
白天又要上班...><...
所以如果很沒精神...
我會喝蠻牛或是吃Vitamin B群...
這都可以讓你維持大約半天的時間很有精神...
但是過了這段時間後會變得很想睡覺...
咖啡的話...其實我對咖啡因蠻沒什麼反應的...
要喝大量的現煮咖啡才會比較有精神...
茶類飲料的話...完全沒有幫助...
最多是上課上到很想睡的時候...
喝一點甜甜的飲料提振精神而已...
每個人的體質不同...
要視自己的身體狀況而訂!!
熬夜唸書過後...要記得給自己一天好好休息喲!
