一戰2014/8月78
高中畢業暑假被爸媽叫去考
二戰2016/1月82
大學申請交換生須79於是再考
三戰2017/1月98 (R26 L23 S23 W26)
準備出國讀研究所再考,補習六個月

Speaking
非常感謝補習時結交的一個戰友Erin,每天互相問候彼此,討論托福題目還有準備中遇到
的狀況,藉以督促自己的讀書進度。
讓口說進步最快的方法無非是多練習,找一個人陪你一起練習,給予有建設性的意見,絕
對好過一股勁地自己拚,當然,那個人的程度最好要相當或高於自己。
練口說可以試試echo法,先找一個合適的練習音檔,最好搭配文字稿,先聽幾遍抓到它的
音調,接著播放一句就暫停一下,在腦中run過剛剛的回音,最後再模仿音檔錄下自己講
的,比對看看和音檔有何不同。
以下是我常用的口說回答,補習的好處就是能有一些老師提供的精華,給大家參考參考
★口說1&2我比較隨意,沒用什麼固定模式講。
★口說3
The reading states that (Opinion), the student thinks it’s a good/bad idea.
First, 理由1.
Second, 理由2.
That’s why the student thinks it’s a good/bad idea.
★口說4
The article is about (Title), which the passage defines as (Definition). The
professor provides an example of (Topic) to illustrate this.
例子.
That’s how the professor illustrates (Title).
★口說5
The man’s/woman’s problem is that 問題, and the students discuss two
solutions.
First, 方案1. Second, 方案2.
If I were the man, I would choose solution two. The first isn’t very good
because 理由1. The second is much better because 理由2.
That’s why I would choose the second solution.
★口說6
In this lecture, the professor discusses (Topic). He/She describes two
examples.
First, the professor talks about 例子1.
Second, the professor mentions 例子2.
That’s how the professor describes (Topic).
Writing
認真寫一篇英文作文已經不知道是何時,我想大概是遙遠以前的高中吧,開始準備托福才
又重拾英文寫作,確實是很吃力啊,剛開始練習寫的幾篇,從老師那改回來才知道自己寫
得多離譜,非常崩潰,但每次每次的崩潰都讓我都學到一點點,慢慢抓到句型和架構,錯
誤率降低,寫作的速度也開始變快。
以下是我大概的寫法,供參考
★整合
以lecture的內容為主,後面分段和reading做比較論述
The lecture is mainly discussing…, challenging what are stated in the
reading passage that…
(破題談lecture和reading的不同。)
First of all, the speaker thinks that…. In contrast, the reading passage
believes that…
Second, the speaker discusses…, contradicting what is stated in the reading
that…
Finally, the speaker raises the issue that…. This point disagrees that…
(分段談各論點,先講lecture的例子,之後轉折談reading如何衝突。)
★獨立
第一段寫主旨,寫自己的立場,可幫第二段寫個伏筆。
第二三段寫正面論點,要有主題句和舉例。
第四段寫反面論點,同樣要舉例,強化前面的正面論點。
第五段寫結論,再講一次自己的立場,做個總結。
以上是正正反的寫法,要寫反反正也可以,掌握邏輯清楚明確,論點可以說服人就行。
