超過2千戶的新店「美河市」預計年底交屋，現在自住客正如火如荼驗屋。有人抱怨可能
會進駐的宗教團體；投資客則擔憂，再賣不掉，交屋後就要被奢侈稅綁2年，至於地主糾
紛、黑道、監察院等問題，好似無解。
2007年預售時建商開價每坪33~48萬元，成交則普遍在3字頭，半年前看房仲網站開價，每
坪都在60萬元以上，還有的開到70萬元天價，而今應仍有上百戶轉售戶，最近再上網查一
下，已有每坪46萬元的開價出現，半年內不少委售戶都「消風」，1坪降10萬元。
