總是睡回籠覺 - 時間管理

一度嘗試早起,但通常吃完早餐、吞完一顆綜合他命之後,
隔沒半小時又跑回去睡回籠覺了 > <
像昨天,其實上床時間差不多11點,但好像沒有很快睡著,
也忘記翻來覆去捱到幾時才睡著,
6點鐘響,為了讓自己清醒,跑出去買早餐,
為了讓自己有精神也吞了個綜合維他命,但是八點鐘,
我跑回去睡回籠覺了T^T 這一睡就到十點...
請問有什麼方式改善嗎? 我想今天有吞維他命又睡到十點,
晚上大概又會睡不著了...><
