一般私釀的梅子酒是用米酒下去浸泡而成的。浸泡兩年了,喝起來還是覺得太甜且酒精濃度太低。我試過加58度高梁酒這樣喝,這樣味道又怪怪的。除了真餾過可以提升酒精濃度,還有奇他方法嗎?????我可以加58高梁酒下去浸泡嗎?????????
