睡眠時間『最少』也要9小時>.< - 時間管理

如題,
晚上必睡8.5小時以上,否則整個頭腦都無法思考,也很遲鈍@@
中午必睡0.5~1小時,
有一次勉強自己只睡七小時,第二天立刻睡超過10小時(包括午睡)
唉,我若睡少,頭腦明顯頓頓的,很困擾阿~只好說服自己時間在精不在多,
每天一定讓自己儘量睡,可是有時真希望能多出三小時,讓自己做很多不一樣的事情
請問,有沒有人有方法,縮短睡眠還能夠睡飽的?
