我今年28歲,身高171cm,體重85kg,是上班族,而且要輪三班,用餐時間極不固定!近來工作壓力大,所以會用吃來發洩壓力!.......但實在是不能再這樣下去了,所以我買了一件levis的牛仔褲想來誘惑自己減肥,目前是穿不下的.......希望能在明年夏天來臨之前,減重成功!可否請前輩告知男生減重方法,最好能有食譜,還有標準體重值和實施計畫表,讓我能夠依照計畫表,減肥成功,讓我在明年夏天之前,能順利減重成功,建立自信,穿上夢寐以求的褲
