最近作息都不正常~每天都是下午兩點到四點之間起床~而起床之後到了十一點左右就會告訴自己要調作息~於是~就在床上躺著~約略是堂各四五個小時候(凌晨三到四點左右)睡著~就又睡到下午兩點到四點了~該如何改善?目前是在家準備重考~這樣的現象是不是有一點逃避現實的生心理狀態呢?請大大提供解決方法~謝謝~離考試剩七十天而已...Showmore
