無法早睡 是否需配合安眠藥? - 時間管理

最近開始訓練自己早睡(習慣一兩點睡已經快七年了)
因為覺得晚睡身體好像不太好
但是在12點前上床總是睡不著
翻來覆去 而且早睡睡不著一直壓力很大
有時候還會翻來覆去到生氣 超級清醒= =
反而睡眠品質更差
有爬過文
有推薦吃中藥 也已經吃過了
但改善不大QQ
睡前一小時也都斷網
然後看很無聊的小說
但是還是沒有睡意Q.Q
不知道吃安眠藥效果會不會比較好?
沒吃過安眠藥,不知道會不會對身體不好?
求解,真的好想早睡啊~~~~~~謝謝大家!!
