我是高一生,身高170~180,體重96公斤[寫到這大家都驚訝吧]我每天早餐吃麥片[無糖的唷!]中午盡量吃少一點,大概不吃肉。晚餐吃點魚肉,因為一天一定要吃一點肉,剩下大概都水果吧!睡前做仰臥起坐一百次,每天都做,大概分個3次。還有就是我不喝飲料,不吃炸的!每天打球,1~2小時。請問我這樣有辦法減下來嗎???我不要減肥產品,我要健康減肥!!...Showmore
