最近正在淡水看新家,因為預算有限希望總價約300萬上下
看了許多房子之後發現只有新春街加洲兩房的房子比較符合需求
想問問各位對於加洲社區的評價(附近的生活機能等等)
之前聽說新春街那邊好像有凶宅,請問大家知道是哪邊嗎
