我不清楚浙江一帶的醬鴨作法和上海本幫菜的異同之處,但這家座落在中北路上,中原商
圈末端,賣冷滷味的小攤似乎也是以赤醬為底,只是多了麻辣元素。
甫入口時還未被麻辣影響,只覺鹹甜夠勁,鴨肉質感只屬一般,但肉味並未被完全壓過,
腥味倒是去掉不少。
吃了幾塊,花椒的麻佈滿舌頭,辣感其後,不會太過,吃少惹味,吃多就顯膩了。
配飯搭麵下酒都頗適合,半隻鴨380元,三五好友共享,恰到好處。
