先來看食材有:鮭魚.旗魚.鮪魚.蟹肉棒.海膽.干貝.鮭魚卵.軟絲.甜蝦
滿滿食材覆蓋住白飯上,視覺上含蠻震撼的

佐味的牛蒡絲、海帶芽、滑蛋
使用的白飯並非壽司醋飯而是溫感白飯
滑蛋和飯蠻搭的

厚度有2公分厚
吃法就是沾點芥末.醬油配蘿蔔絲或飯吃...(廢話)
其實不知道說什麼...
我對食物也沒挑剔或明顯得讚賞

還可以吃到看到 海膽的顆粒

蝦肉Q彈,帶點甜味
最醒目的是蝦腦,有蝦子的鮮味(味道是很主觀,不一定很多人喜歡這味)

干貝
雖然主廚在干貝加入檸檬片,很有創意的做法
但檸檬完全搶過干貝的味道

一個男生來說份量蠻大的
飯的分量不多,光吃主菜:鮭魚.鮪魚.鮭魚卵.牡丹蝦.海膽 就吃很飽吃的很開心
之後想吃芥末,就加點芥末加點醬油一起吃
