中壢觀光夜市裡的不一樣三明治&甜甜圈
12點開始賣,沒一會兒就賣光光
晚來就只能含淚等明天了
三種都買了,喜歡程度難分軒輊阿

就在中壢觀光夜市裡,一過中午十二點長長人龍全擠在小攤子前
湊近一看只有兩個品項,每個人爭先恐後只為了這一直出爐的點心
靠近麵粉甜香味全飄散出來,很多中壢人也在排隊行列中喔!
從民國62年經營到現在,也算是老攤來著
配料之一的熱狗正在退冰,過一會兒就會全數消失
小攤後頭一籠一籠的麵團等著下鍋,這些賣完就收工囉!
老闆一下子就將33個甜甜圈下鍋,身手俐落
看準時機翻面,沒多久就起鍋了
沾完糖粉就可以開賣,一個人限定買20個甜甜圈,不分袋喔!
沙拉船三明治一樣一直在起鍋,分成甜的鹹的兩種
剪開後加入小黃瓜、蛋、火腿片等配料,裝入塑膠袋後就完成了
在拍照的時候,老闆娘還偷空悠哉地跟我聊相機
可見動作熟悉到可以一心二用阿!
甜甜圈 早期是8元,現在是11元(我當天買還是10元喔)
有厚度的甜甜圈是我喜歡吃的古早味口感,鬆軟中不失紮實咬感
糖霜適度的點綴,不會過甜生膩,一個真的只能塞牙縫阿
放冷吃的甜甜圈硬度更增,就沒有剛出爐的過癮了,所以建議還是趁熱吃
三明治(30元)
鹹的,熱狗、鹹菜、蘿蔔絲滿到迸出來了
鹹菜跟蘿蔔絲各自都有入味,鹹菜的鹹度與蘿蔔絲的嗆度意外的好搭
蘿蔔絲還有一點黑胡椒的香,縱向咬下,三種配料的脆鹹與麵包的卡滋感融合
停不下來啦!鹹的三明治放涼了會較油,也建議趁熱吃
甜的,小黃瓜、蛋、火腿片、美乃滋層層堆疊
料一樣爆衝出麵包,就算剛剛吃了鹹三明治與甜甜圈,甜三明治也不會有負擔
甜鹹香的配料與酥脆三明治麵包依舊沒讓人失望的好吃
甜的三明治放涼後仍然維持風味,不會像鹹的有油膩感
三樣商品都吃完後,完全能了解小攤總是排隊的魅力
這次本來還打算去買另一家水煎包排隊小攤,卻碰到休息
這個遺憾會讓我趕快再找時間去中壢的!
