An Australian corporation controlled by J.B. Mudridge has begun a
last-minute proxy fight to get you to vote against certain important
proposals which your Board has unanimously approved and recommended
for your support. These proposals were forwarded to you last month as
required by our bylaws. We believe these proposals are in your best
